Promoting Capoeira with Children

Once again Capoeira Bemvindo was invited to perform capoeira as part of a school fair, this time for a primary school in Bethnal Green. As well as a demonstration of the art of capoeira angola, we invited children and parents to take part in a short lesson, which everyone enjoyed.
