Beginners Class
Our beginner's class aims to give the basic information about Capoeira Angola and its traditions. Step by step, the students are introduced to the main movements as well as to the musical instruments and some simple traditional songs in Portuguese. This class is perfect for those who are new to Capoeira Angola no matter what their fitness level.
Our mixed levels classes further develop your physical abilities and understanding and appreciation of the art and history of Capoeira Angola. No experience is necessary, but completing a Beginner's Series is recommended.
Wear a t-shirt, comfortable trousers and low-soled shoes.
