Beginners Class
Welcome to our Beginner Capoeira Class. This course introduces you to the fundamentals of the Brazilian martial art, combining physical agility with music and culture. You will develop core skills in striking, evasion, and movement while exploring the history behind the art form. Students will also receive hands-on instruction in the traditional percussion and instruments used in every session.
When? Every Tuesday
Time: 7pm-8.30pm
Cost: £12 drop in or £40 Monthly pass.

Mixed Levels Class
In a mixed-levels class, you’ll master fundamental capoeira techniques—including kicks, dodges, and sweeps—while blending them into fluid sequences. Beyond the physical, you’ll dive into the history and cultural roots of the art, learning the traditional music and instruments that drive the roda (circle). Ultimately, these classes offer a high-energy way to sharpen your fitness, coordination, and agility within Brazil's vibrant cultural heritage. Whether you’re just starting out or are a seasoned practitioner, you’ll thrive in the camaraderie of a diverse group dedicated to movement and tradition.

CAPOEIRA NGOLA CLASS FOR AGE 10 +
Capoeira Class for teenagers offer a dynamic blend of martial arts, dance, and cultural education that can captivate young minds and bodies. In this class, everyone can develop agility, strength, and coordination through a series of acrobatics and rhythmic movements. Additionally, capoeira fosters a sense of community and respect, as students learn to interact and communicate non-verbally through the art form.

COST: £10 DROP IN OR £35 FOR 5 CLASS.

Children Class
It is a great way for children to stay active, learn discipline, and have fun. In a children's capoeira class, kids will learn basic movements, kicks, and flips, as well as traditional capoeira songs and rhythms. They will also develop coordination, flexibility, and strength through the practice of this dynamic and engaging martial art. The classes are usually high-energy and interactive, with plenty of opportunities for kids to play and interact with each other in a supportive and encouraging environment. Overall, a children's capoeira class is a great way for kids to stay active, learn new skills, and have fun while exploring a unique and culturally rich martial art.
Tuesdays for aged 6-10
