Classes back to normal - vamos treinar duro e vamos vadiar!

After a great weekend full of capoeiragem in Lille with the Angoleiros do Mar and Professora Chiclete, all our classes are back to normal schedule for October, with the one exception of this Saturday 17th October because we will be hosting our monthly 'Agua de Beber' roda from 14.30 - 18.00 at Praxis in Bethnal Green.
