Class Updates October 2015

Just a couple of updates to our classes this October.

Firstly, on Wednesday October 7th we won't be training at Praxis as they have another group already booked - we are training instead at a super-secret central London location, from 18.30 - please contact Paulinha for details.

Secondly, on Saturday 10th October our regular class at Soho Gym is cancelled because we're away participating in the event Professora Chiclete of Angoleiros do Mar, Lille.
