Agua de Beber Roda - Birthday Special Edition!
Come and join us on Saturday 11th July for our monthly Agua de Beber roda. Of course, our rodas are always full of vadiaçao, alegria and good vibes for everyone, but this month we will be celebrating both Professora Paulinha and Tunde's birthdays on Sunday so we're sure to have a great one! So come along, take part, and share your birthday love and capoeiragem - we're looking forward to welcoming you.
The roda starts at 14.00 at Praxis Community Project in Bethnal Green (details here).
Please note - our normal class at Soho Gym in Camden will be cancelled on Saturday 11th July - we'll back the following week.
